Trudolly Sparkle edition for me bisai lah psl I can adjust accordingly. I would suggest org pakai Trudolly 1 box per month but if you can afford to get 2 for a month, why not? it will be more effective and kesan pun capat. I box per month cukup for youngster yang belum hit 25 years old. For those above 35, i would suggest 2 tablets for each type daily..ertinya 2 box per month but atupun depends if u ada or nada pengambilan supplement lain.
