Assalamualaikum everyone!

I'm so sorry for the lack of update. Sejujurnya sis weeks ago dalam keadaan yang masih baru kan digest information. Macam-macam berlaku for the past week me nda update. Good and bad news. Semua ada. Keadaan and perasaan sis bercampur baur. But today I've got an opportunity to update my blog.

If you notice, I've deleted almost all gambar-gambar me di blog ane.  Clearly something happened. Something bad happened. Only my close friends and some of my family know what happened. I choose not to share it on the internet.

My business on and off masane. I tried to limit number of traffic yang masuk ke kawasan kediaman sis for pick up for safety especially my family and neighbours. Some saja sis terpaksa buat pick up dirumah terutama ketika nada pilihan.

What else keep me busy sampai nda sampat update if business on and off? Well, sis banyak belajar masane. I attended online classes almost everyday. Kadang-kadang sis pulang yang mengajar my new team members yang ambil peluang untuk upgrade diri menjadi agent Chemilan dengan hanya bermodalkan BND30. Alhamdulillah. Now sis sudah ada anak-anak agent sendiri. Mudahan Allah tambahkan rezeki our team and boleh menambahkan lagi rezeki kewangan dan ilmu kepada semua anak-anak team sis.

Selain daripada atu, sis also busy jadi guru di rumah sebab seluruh Brunei now homeschooling while pandemic Covid19 ane masih lagi ada di Brunei. Alhamdulillah, hari ane Brunei mencatatkan zero new case and 7 yang berjaya sembuh. Sadly, Brunei sudah mencatatkan 1 kematian akibat Covid19 last time. Yes, it was sad day for many. We are all in shock selepas mendengar berita atu.

Since its April, sis ingin ucapkan Congratulations kepada salah seorang kawan sis yang baru saja naik pangkat. I know you deserve it! Congrats beh... while seorang lagi kawan sis akan memulakan perjalanan baru dengan new company yang also indirectly upgrade dirinya dari tempat sebelum ane. Congrats dear!

Covid19

Assalamualaikum semua.

Sorry for the lack of updates. 2-3 hari ane sis rasa lamah semangat sikit sebab kan everyday sis dgr ada tambahan cases lagi di Brunei ane. Now sudah limpas 70. Students dari luar negara now slowly kana bawa balik and kana suruh sel-isolate di tempat kana tetapkan for 14 days. Kesian but thats what it takes to kurangkan or totally stop the spreading. In Brunei, people slowly work from home. Meetings online. Macam-macam sudah usaha untuk membendung penularan Covid19.

Dalam usaha atu jua, me notice ada jua yang masih karas kepala. Masih lagi kan tejalan-jalan, lepak luar,etc. Sebelum ane masih jua ada orang buat acara berkumpul-kumpul segala sebab maklum semua orang "Cuti". Maybe awal ane tane nda terasa but eventually we will terasa impactnya. The impact of pandemic not simply on health..not just affecting those yang terkana, frontliners hospital, etc but everyone. Every single one of us. Including babies. Imagine if makin teruk and business operations bnyk kana hentikan. Jangantah jauh, kilang membuat susu apatu, can u imagine if supply susu tercut off?

Can u also imagine if ramai yang sakit including doctors and nurses, siapatah yang kan rawat pesakit. Today tane ada pilihan bah untuk buat apa yang patut. We choose to be one of those selfish, ignorant people atau those yang berakal and mendengar arahan dan perintah kerajaan.

So please people, dengartah nasihat kerajaan. Please stay at home bila nada perlu untuk jalan-jalan. Please wash your hand regularly. Makan makanan berkhasiat so that your antibody inda lamah. Amalkan makan buah-buahan yang mengandungi vitamin C. If nda biasa makan buah, belajar tah. If mau buat juice or beli juice readymade macam Olicandy Beaublend or makan supplement tambahan yang mengandungi vitamin C untuk langkah berjaga-jaga. But please jangan sampai overdose ah.

Pastikan jua kitani semua minum air yang mencukupi. We need to keep ourselves hydrated. Jangan sampai badan lamah hanya kerana nda cukup air. Bunyi mcm simple saja..simply nda cukup air nda jua apa-apa but again do u want to risk it? How do we even know if antibody tane cukup kuat.

Bagi yang bekerja, balik kerja please ganti pakaian and tarus cuci pakaian atu. Manditah tarus!. Jangantah dipaluk cium anak bini or laki balik atu, pikirkan keselamatan dorang. If you ke ATM mencacak usin, please use handsanitizer sebelum dan sesudah. Semua ane perlu untuk langkah berjaga-jaga.

Orang-orang yang kerja di kedai especially food vendors, if you rasa kurang sihat apatah lagi selesma batuk, please jangantah dulu masak or cuti tah. Sebab you could do so much harm then good at this point. Majikan, please make sure your workers atu fit to work, cos lagitia sanang terjangkit if orang yang sediakan makanan pun sama jua sakit. Nauzubillah.

Sini, me pun kan ambil peluang untuk mengucapkan ribuan penghargaan kepada semua frontliners di hospital yang bekerja siang malam untuk menjaga pesakit-pesakit. Also, to all frontliners yang bukan kerja di hospital yang masih lagi kana suruh kerja and berhadapan dengan pelbagai possibilities. Thank you.

Business on hold ?

Assalamualaikum all,

Yes, you read it right. Business on hold for @kidsandteen and @beatific.mayra. Nda pulang on hold sampai langsung no business but sis cuma dapat jual product yang available instock for now. Those yang belum available sis cuma dapat ambil order tetapi inda dapat janjikan bila barang atu dapat di bawa masuk. Im not talking sis sorang saja mengalami masalah ane sebab most online seller mempunyai masalah yang sama. We all as small business owner memang ada limitation in term of shipment in order for us to get secubit keuntungan. Chemilan Day- All Day!

Assalamualaikum everyone!

So since yesterday sis busy berabis packing orderan chocolate Choco-O product keluaran Chemilan. Landed yesterday and been busy with it eversince. You know, my sales team pun steady meroket kali ane. Dua kali restock dalam 1 hari. I'm impressed! So anyway, speaking of Chemilan. Do you know chemilan bukan saja jual sambal goreng crunchy kudap-kudap? They also ada products lain such as Choco-O and Kueh. For Choco-O, masane ada 3 jenis but soon..very soon ada keluaran terbaru Almond series. Alhamdulillah semakin maju TGC ne.

Recently, we ada zoom meeting dengan founder, she told us ada lagi product keluaran baru hari raya. Ada 9 jenis kueh termasuk Chipster Gendut. Yes..cookies yang me selalu gambar nyaman sulnya yang coklatnya terkeluar berabis timbul atu. Do you know nyaman berabis barang atu but its hard to bring in sebab last trial the cookies pacah sikit but dont worry, i am sorting out cara lain to make sure cookies boleh sampai ke sini. Of course lah barang ane limited sikit ah cos sis nda jua dpt bawa telampau banyak sangat. Its not easy dear ah so if you pernah rasa gendut and you want it, better you bagitau awal. Jangan nanti menyesal bila me dah close order. 

TGC today also bagitau news gempak untuk kitaorang. TGC dah buat lagu team! lawa okay.. lirik by founder..and dah recording just now.. It is time..It is time..You can do it! You can do it! Go, TGC! Honestly I am proud to be part of TGC. Our headquater in Malaysia tapi do you know that i have strong and powerful sisters in Brunei too? Yes.. apa-apa related to product under TGC kami semua berbincang.. kami saling menghormati and saingan pun secara sihat. Kami saling membantu in term of ideas, membakar semangat and many-many more. In shaa Allah before raya we will have project baru bersama.. You see, kami banar2 bukan belawanan siapa hebat.. kami banar-banar mau sama-sama maju. In shaa Allah, all my sales team pun nanti me akan tanamkan sikap bekerjasama. Semoga dipermudahkan untuk semua TGC warriors untuk bangkit dan mempunyai rezeki melimpah ruah yang penuh keberkatan. Good news

Assalamualaikum everyone!

Alhamdulillah, today i have so many good news. Well its good atleast for me. The whole day ane feel like rezeki melimpag ruah for me. Firstly, i get the opportunity ti zoom meeting with our TGC founder, Sya. She told us many good news in 1 go including kebenaran for me to recruit agent as long as we are able to maintain certain number of sales. Alhamdulillah. Then, good news about new products ( yang ne nantikan my announcement ye!)..Next, I received good news yang my barang-barang sudah sampai. Chemilan Sambal Kudap-Kudap sampai today.. Alhamdulillah..just in time for my collaboration with Crown and Berries. So gais..if you missed the collaboration annoucement, please feel free to check out previous post. Besides that, sambal kudap-kudap also ditemani dgn Chocolate Color Block Chemilan.. yang ane honestly not my business but Hana. She want to sell it to her friends, of course as a mom, me nda lah sangat2 mengalakkan but i notice she really want to start her business. So soon, i will bagi her small space in my cube to jual her product. In shaa Allah, tunggu tah keadaan reda and perintah berkurung dari AJ kana lifted. Then, once my sambal arrived, i was so surprised to receive another text about my barang shopping dari GM! Alhamdulillah.. AJ happy berabis liat all his supplement sampai sudah while me excited over my toothbrush set and my Melabrite😂😂😂 Banartah berbeza keperluan lelaki dan perempuan ane.

So actually on top of all this, I also received a good news from my dear friend who become my friend since 2003 (luruskan ne?).He told me that he got a job at one of the most important company in Brunei. Alhamdulillah. He told me that he will start working at the new place on the 1st April 2020. Congratulations beh!! Knowing him, i know he deserve it. Again, work smart and always remember we do everything kerana Allah. What else yang good news? OH MYY.. My bestfriend pun bagitau yang today he get a good news that i think meant to just be shared with me so I'm not going to say anything here🙊

Also, My another bestfriend who happen to be my QuinnS customer bagitau how good QuinnS is. She told me, it helps to curve out her cravings. Nada beliur olehnya katanya. Alhamdulillah. Knowing that product yang me jual could help with her journey atu pun me anggap rezeki. Alhamdulillah. I hope you will reach your target soon dear. Thank you for your feedback and I cannot wait for another update on your journey. Semoga you sihat, bahagia, sampai target yang diingini and berlimpah ruah rezeki you beh..again..ingat nasihat me, walaupun nada liur, makan sikit pun jaditah..eat moderately.. jangan lupa jua minum air secukupnya. 

Another good news jua, I dapat kawan baru. Also GM member.. we talk about products and all. Siuk jua berkongsi pendapat atu. Its fun to socialise over mutual interest. Speaking of interest, I am now so in love with my Aulora with Kondenshi pants.. you see..my kaki semalam ngilu mengajut..i think psl me langsung nda keluar rumah for days atu kali..tambah lagi my pants bercuci, so today me pakai my seluar..banar instantly help with kaki me.. because of that, i decided to keluar bawa my kids lari-lari luar apartment kami.. dont worry. i keep our hand sanitize and avoid suruh kanak2 pigang brg-brg..hehehehe.. my uri memang nda dpt dibawa bebincang..hehehehe

Brunei Early School Holiday | Covid 19 safety measure

Assalamualaikum.

Yes, I know..its like a good and bad news for us. With Covid 19 sudah mula bertambah jumlah, semua sekolah-sekolah di Brunei kana awalkan cuti. So awal cuti, what can we do? Ada parents yang inda ready and terpaksa mengambil cuti mendadak..HR please faham ah..some parents nada helper drumah and bila perubahan mendadak cane, you guys also faham if suddenly your employee minta tambah cuti or sanggup cuti nda begaji. With the situation now, i would suggest everybody to stay at home or atleast kurangkan bejalan ke tampat yang ramai orang. 

Right now, if rasa kurang sihat pun befikir jua kan ke clinic or hospital. Honestly after receiving news yang pesakit pertama Covid 19 d Brunei went to RIPAS about 1 day before me and Hana kesana, me menyasal habis. You see, of course we dont know siapa yang demam biasa and terkana penyakit Covid 19. Honestly masa baca psl those yang ada symptoms to call certain number atu..memang me lebih setuju daripada suruh dorg ke hospital yang confirm ramai orang. Orang yang ke hospital atu inda semua demam, some maybe ada case lain which can make them more vulnerable and easily infected. Wouldnt it better kalau sekiranya those yang ada history belayar for the past 7-14 days atu if demam disediakan saja satu centre untuk dorang ksana check up. Atleast inda membahayakan other patients yang nada traveling history. Atu idea saja lah daripada seorang surirumah yang beruri. I mean tane tah kan gtau dorg kana suruh self monitoring for 14 days, how do we know dorg buat..antah2 tejalan2 ksana kmari saja diarong. Again, membuat orang lain lagi 'possible terjangkit'.

Well, thats my 2 cents. lets talk about the happy news. School holiday starts early..But again kan kmana jua kan? kan bahapa? lets brainstorm ideas. So far i have few in minds.

1) Binge watch Netflix / your fav or your kids fav Youtube channel. For my case, I love Crown And Berries 100 babies challenge.

2) Home-cooking class with your kids

3) Bawa your kids clean the house ( dont expect bersih habis but the efforts count)

4) Play board games. We love Monopoly. We bought yang Frozen apparently lagi siuk dari Monopoly biasa for me.

5) Bawa your kids bekabun in the morning. Yes kabun luar rumah, atleast ada tekana matahari. It helps.

6) 3 colors challenge. Give 3 colors to your kids, coloring sheet and suruh dorg belawan how they can color lawa-lawa with only 3 colors provided.

7) If terdapat bathtub, bathtub swimming😂 or else pakai inflatable mini pool for your kids.

8) Main kadai2, label your brg with harga $1-$5 then use your duit banar untuk ajar dorg as if dorg di kadai. If your kids ada trolley mainan, use it. Ideas tarus untuk ajar Maths for lower primary kids.

9) Make composition on what they think they would like or wish to do during the holiday. Perhaps, make them imagine.

10) Clean all the closet. Usai lipatan baju. (mind you ane attention span dorg randah so make sure you buat level by level.karang ngaleh you sorang-sorang buat).,hahahah..

Thats my first 10 days idea for half a day. So the rest of the day, you can give them their phone or tablet dorang or asked them to read books. Anyway as long as dorang tahan di dalam rumah. So anyway, happy holidays to semua kanak-kanak and good luck to parents to keep your kids entertain dirumah. Good luck to myself too. Cos right now, my household ada perintah bekurung sendiri.

Covid 19 in Brunei?

As much as I want to write about it, I know by now perhaps ramai sudah yang tau apa symptoms..apa effectnya..and all that. Right now tane cuma perlu practice good hygiene and berdoa semoga dijauhi semua ane daripada terkana diri tane or keluarga. You see honestly i was worried about school holiday ane. I know ramai yang merancang untuk belayar apa...ramai yang sudah beli tickets apa..nda mau rugi tapi I really hope semua orang dpt fikir tentang keselamatan diri sendiri dan orang lain.

To me, it is okay for us to cancel plan eventhough we have been looking forward it lama dah. Selagi dapat elak, please elak. I initially berfikir macam-macam the precautions that i want to take after school holiday. From menyediakan hand sanitizer, ensuring meja my anak wipe clean pakai Sol-U-Guard and i even consider kan bali glove so that my anak nada direct touch to anything..atleast time pakai uniform segalanya cover. Yet bila fikirkan, they need to write, they need to go to toilet apa..still benda ane masih memerlukan their bare hands. Bila makan pun bahaya jua if dorg pakai gloves sedangkan we dont know dmana gloves atu sudah tane palitkan. Nauzubillah. But before all my ideas apa actually happen,I panic sebab my anak, Hana suddenly kurang sihat. Demam panas and batuk selesma. We went to RIPAS tadi and tarus ke Paed. During sana, buleh dikatakan, i spray Olicandy punya hand sanitizer every 5 mins...talk about Germophoic. Can u blame me? Its hospital bah. Almost all sick people go to hospital atu..and tadi banar2 ramai but Alhamdulillah rah Paed nda ramai banar.. after triage, we only have to wait 2 numbers before our number.. at the Pharmacy, sis only wait til our number kana bagi
and use Go Rush Express service to deliver Hana's med krumah cos NO WAY im going to wait longer at the Pharmacy mun dah ramai banar atu.

Then malamnya, baru baca pasal first case of Covid 19 di Brunei and in the press release, it clearly stated yang the person went to RIPAS untuk dapatkan rawatan last Saturday. So I imagine orang atu actually was there before today..before me and Hana ksana..so scary.. now it explain why tadi me banar2 spray hand sanitizer balik-balik as precautions and we didnt take the elevator/lift psl i imagine berapa ratus orang sudah press the button untuk naik and what kind of germ/ virus yang ada.. so we choose stairs which Hana pigang the handrail and again make me panic sampai spray hand sanitizer banyak-banyak.

so honestly, thats the story yesterday that im trying to post but only stay as draft.

Last night before I stop typing, I received text from many groups. Alerting macam-macam, received many doas and even update on supermarket situation. Sana sini orang beli beras, tissue, dettol,etc. I understand why because right now Mamacar is going out to get some groceries and stock up on necessities. I was supposed to go but one of us have to stay at home since Hana masih demam. Maybe bagi orang over but I dont want to take unnecessary risk jalan-jalan for now since the first case. Cos right now the question is; will we be able to contend or it will be an outbreak? So better play safe than sorry. This is also one of the reason why me masane avoid contact with other. All my stock sudah di luar kecuali Olicandy Beaublend. Sambal Kudap Kudap Chemilan will be coming but limited stock sebab somehow all my customers decided to beli banyak sekaligus so they said supaya nda balik2 and they can keep it as stock in case nada lauk dirumah..which i honestly agree.

Additionally, I also want to nasihat lah rah semua untuk avoid keluar jalan-jalan if you are not feeling well. Kasihan tah orang lain cos masane demam atu mudah menjangkit. If rasanya anak atu kurang sihat, suruh tah berehat di rumah. You can also minta their teachers to sediakan kerja sekolah atu for them to do di rumah. If nada orang jaga di rumah, usaha saja minta tolong rah family members yang nada beranak damit to look after. Please understand why I'm closing door for guests/visitors during school holiday. I am protecting my kids and yours. cos right now, one of my anak kurang sihat. At my place, I've been spraying Sol U Guard to protect other members of the family but i don't know if it is enough. Please practice good hygiene by frequently washing your hands using clean water and soap and bring hand sanitizer bila jalan-jalan. Atleast can sanitize kalau lapas pigang lift button, trolley, handrails, doorknobs,etc. Another thing, please understand if me nda lagi besalam for now kalau tejumpa family and friends, not because me nda hormat but because i care.  I truly am especially if i know u have kids/ grandchildren waiting at home. Maybe for orang me over but me andang jenis beruri. As I'm writing this, I'm trying to seek mutual understanding from my family members and friends for my absence in any functions, gathering, reunion or business homeparty.

So anyway, what happen today?

Not much. I went out with my lil family for brunch at a small restaurant across our apartment. Then Im back at home steam ironing 2 weeks laundry that I've been procrastinating since last 2 weeks before my skin incident.

Then I'm back to updating my IG, socializing with my bestfriend talking about his new video on his YOUTUBE channel and Demi Lovato new song " I love me"... Now I'm sitting on my vanity table which has been transform to be my small office at home during my confinement periods (overr..hahahahah) . I missed family function cos im not ready to go out in public yang ramai orang with my new skin. Day 4: Healing process or should i say "recovery stage"?

It's my 4th day after the unforgettable and unforgivable skin incidents. Yes dear, balum me move on dengan issue kulit me ane because they cannot entirely blame on my sensitive skin. I still demand ganti rugi for my loss. I will give them time to think it through and see what other action are they going to do to compensate my loss. May sound fussy tapi cuba kalau tekana rah kamu. Maybe if I share the whole story baru orang faham why i havent moved on and why i keep updating my state throughout my recovery stage. Today I am much more positive because Alhamdulillah it is less painful tapi masih ada kesan. My skin masih lagi rough..still red but mengurang sudah. Alhamdulillah.

So what happened for the past days ane? Honestly i didnt go out of the house except masa jumpa Josephine on the first day which menyakiti my face.. then malam me jalan ke TK Chan which is few mins away from where I live. As you know, I went to the clinic the 2nd day and was given two types of cream and 1 tablet type medication. Alhamdulillah, I see immediate improvement the next day. You want to know the secret? Okay, it was less itchy cos my body respond well to the medicine but actually the cream atu yang actually membantu and mengurangkan inflammation. Wonder whats the miracle behind that cream? Mometasone Furoate 0.01%. It is a synthetic corticosteroid.  Im not under healthcare or apa but it breaks my heart to know that i have to use steroid on my face just so my skin can recover quickly😭.. It is an option for me to use it or not but honestly i feel like i have to do it as i spent $60 on it and most importantly, my skin scream for help.

So due to my condition now. I choose supplements from trusted brand. A company yang lama sudah wujud dari US. Melalueca. I just start using their supplements today and start terus with 4 types namely Multivitamin, Florify (Probiotics), Cellwise (Vitamin C as they claim) and Calcium Complex. It is recommended by my husband who is now an avid supplement consumer of Melaleuca. As of today, ia habis dah minum Attain Craveblocker, consume Florify and Cellwise, Fiberwise and Calcium Complex. His multivitamin for Men on the way sudah along with his 2 tubs of Vanilla Attain. You see, my husband bukan spesis yang suka makan supplement sebelum ane but i notice he become more interested after meliat how Melalueca household products work. Bagus sangat so he is also pretty sure yang their supplement pun steady. He watched video, read catalog and google most of the supplement to learn more about it. Contrary to me who like to text in the group whatsapp under Elite and tanya what is it for..hehehehe.. so yeah.. I choose Melalueca for recovery.. I want something that can help me internally and available in hand right now.

As for my routine yang mostly dlm rumah under my house on a/c on blast, i also choose to wear my Aulora with kondenshi pants and socks. You see, whenever i eat my medicine, me rasa lamah saja. i feel like limpang most of the time and i think my body longing for a good rest.  In order for me to keep my body temperature at par and make sure my darah masih bejalan dgn lancar even when im sleeping or resting most of the time, i choose to wear it 6-8 hours on daylight and use the pants and socks to sleep. Me gtau u, i sleep nyaman throughout the night. Alhamdulillah. you see if u want your skin to recover fast, you need that good night sleep. You need you system to work at optimal speed in order to get the optimum result. I cannot let my skin ane hancur terlalu lama because firstly, i am salesperson to product kecantikan so its hard for new customers to trust me if me sendiri nda pandai jaga diri dan kulit, second, because i only have 1 body..sedangkan i have to take care 3 babies (including AJ) so i need to be healthy. Ndakan baik kulit tapi masalah lain timbul just because i decided to keep my body rest.. for the past day i ditch my normal routine of light home workout, ditch steam ironing my clothes, procrastinate on washing my bathroom or doing general cleaning of the household..well, basically i am heartbroken.. (over but yeah.atu sejujurnya perasaan ini..esehh!)

So yeah, i dont know if you pick up some tips from my write up today but yes, i dont take my recovery stage lightly cos i know how important it is for me to fully recover. so until then, I will update lagi my blog soon.

Life as a mom with online business

So i guess for the past days ane I've been talking about my skin. Maybe today let me told you serba sedikit tentang myself. As you know by nw if read my blog yang banyak typo and grammar error ane, I am a mother of two. Hana and Sarah also well known as Miss S and Miss H. By right, you also know that I am married to a man named AJ. We will be celebrating our 10 years anniversary in July ( In shaa Allah, if umur and jodoh panjang dengan izin Allah). I am in my mid 30s with a business administration degree from LUCT-IGS. I graduated in 2018 (Luruskah AA?). I;m not sure how long Ive been unemployed but now i like to buat myself as "Self-Employed" whenever isi borang. Yes, I pay my own salary through businesses and some freelance job.

How is life as a mom with an online business? In short, its challenging. Masane ramai also orang yang bergaji tinggi yang ada online business. Those who can see the bigger picture and ahead of time will choose to generate income in many sources not simply dari gaji and some may already plan their retirement or execute retirement plan. Me? I am in agent ship business by accident. I initially become agent to 2 main products - Olicandy Beaublend and Trufitz before I start joining other businesses including Chemilan, Niqa and Sisfel. Sebenarnya me pengguna tegar Olicandy Beaublend and Trufitz so I decided that why not kan.. sambil menggunakan product atu, i also can get some income out of it.. plus i want people to know how good that product is. So i start joining business as agent for supplement in October 2019. Previously, me jual stationary tapi sambutannya kurang memberangsangkan.

So my life sebenarnya sama saja dgn isteri-isteri yang bergelar housewife lain. We managed our own time. We do most of the things when our kids di sekolah and business run time also mostly I keep it during school hours. I make an agreement with myself and mutual understanding with AJ yang i will make sure i am home before he came back with the kids. Simple ground rules to respect yang me ane bukan single and menjaga rumahtangga walaupun sibuk mencari rezeki. But i realize my business atu masane sudah masuk ke dalam my household. Namanya jua hustler nya orang, sometimes we have to betongkat mata just to grab opportunity menimba ilmu dari orang malam2 cos sometimes ada team yang start meeting 9pm or 10pm..start tu ah..bukan end. so you can imagine by the time habis sudah pukul brapa..but again, thats the sacrifice that I have to make just so I can have some extra income to help with extra tuition fees and to buy needs and wants.

Sebenarnya eventhough usulnya relax jadi housewife ane..it is not entirely true. usul saja relax but hakikatnya inda.. well its depends masing-masing lah ah. but for me inda, me nda relax. With my skin issues now, i am mostly at home. School run mostly by AJ. Ugama pick up by Mamacar which normally me yang buat. This is why i cannot delivery pagi unless you are within ugama school and my house radius. In shaa Allah me boleh hantar but not meetpoint sebab if mp sis takut customers keahiran. as much as i want to jaga my relationship with customers, my daughter safety is my utmost priority.

Now that's a little bit of this and that about me. Next time i will talk abit more about my small family and of course, I will post some product info tentang barang me jual.

I just came back from TK Chan. I was seeking help for my skin. I cannot tolerate lagi sebab the itchiness atu come and go but when it come kapisan rasanya mcm kan garu. of course if garu memang it will not help my healing process and could make it worse. Just like an open wound kalau tekana bacteria takut makin teruk. We dont know how much bacteria we have di kuku-kuku tane. So tonight I went to see Dr Chan. He gave me good advice about choosing skincare and he gave me Elosone, Ad Cream and Telfast to help me with itchiness. I have to finished Telfast for 5 days starting tonight.

Btw, here im writing psl i feel like i need to stay low on updating my skin condition. Some may thought im attention seeking or whatever they may call it but i have to agree that i need to be on my healthy mental and emotional state to kurangkan my stress. The stress will not help me to recover but menambahkan lagi kekusutan. So I will be on hiatus from my whatsapp or business. I admit me kusut, insecure and lost right now. I can only pray to Allah everything will be okay sooner.

So before i'm going on silent or maybe i will start writing how i feel here to fill in my emptiness sebab sis sudah terbiasa busy but now mcm-mcm i have to be careful. I want to share important key point to avoid things like this to happen rah kamu. For now maybe kamu fikir it wont happen to you..you might blame it to my sensitive skin.. you may feel like im exaggerating but ive post many of my pictures as proof of my current skin condition. Ramai orang terkajut because 1 min I look just fine but now hancur my skin and agonizingly painful especially time mandi or bila kana matahari. Today I have to tutup tabir and keep my house sajuk. Aircond luar bilik, dining room, and dlm bilik semua on because i cannot terasa panas sikit.. even dlm jamban doing business pun i dont want lama-lama sebab dlm jamban nada aircond so masih terasa panas to me. My skin flare up..hot to touch..feel raw..

The keypoint that you all need to check- double and triple check before adding anything to your skincare routine;

1) know yourself - your skin type and ingredients that you are allergic to. Google. Ask for help from professional. Please jangan yang syukur2 saja bagi advice.

2) know the expiry date - make sure its not expired walaupun all skincare product ada grace period but you don't know how and when they make it. IF stated as EXPIRED - asked for change or asked for refund, no matter what the seller told you. Cos they are not supposed to sell expired product. Even if the seller cakap its just restock,etc or lupa kan tampal sticker new expiry, how do they even know yang product that they give you atu baru or old stock. Mind you, expired product can carry harmful bacteria that can cause rashes, irritation, skin infection, etc.

3) know the brand credibility. Yes this may sound bias and inda bagi peluang kepada jenama baru-baru kan hidup but really sometimes how the people works atu mencerminkan peribadi sesuatu brand. If they can "lepas pandang" benda penting..how can we sure dorang inda lepas pandang anything else dalam production dorang? Masih baru? GOOGLE them..check out apa orang cakap about the brand. Mostly positive review, check reviewer punya credibility jua eh.. find consumer, not seller.

4) Know who sell it to you cos penting. How you can trust them..i know this payah to apply especially if you are buying product mainstream di kadai but it wont hurt if you liat siapa supplier brg atu so if anything you can ask for MOH approval. YES. BRUNEI MOH because we live in Brunei. Anything happened to you, if you need to undergo any surgery apapun in the future kah Brunei Government bah you aga afterall di Brunei ane nda bnyk hospital basar., not other country punya ministry yang tanggung. Imagine if kana skin cancer. NAUZUBILLAH.

5) Authenticity. Make sure your product atu authentic. My skin issue ane Alhamdulillah me nda bali bukan barang nda ori. how i know? I scan to get loyalty points and link to their HQ. Its ori but all above atu i might dismiss psl im human and im learning from my mistake.

6) Certified people yang buat product ane. Kalau buleh tah tau R&D team dorang ane exist or not. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT team ane penting. Payah kan? mendalam? lets just say cane..if you think your skin atu sensitive like me, any product yang hantap bnyknya atu nda bagus..less ingredients the better.. and make sure apa gunanya..if menyabut pun payah, maksud pun nda tau.. mungkin u should lupakan saja hasrat "mencuba". 

FOR SKINCARE/ COSMETIC, IF YOU CANT STOP THINKING WHETHER TO BUY OR NOT, DONT BUY IT.  IF RAGU-RAGU, JANGAN. I dismiss my ragu-ragu the night I touch barang yang hancurkan my skin ane.

So yeah... before you decided to "book sis" anything, ask questions. You are spending money, biartia kana ucap fussy.. asked for ingredients, ask for MOH approval.. ask for everything that you can think off if you are buying products untuk badan you, kulit you. If they said, semua barang atu organic so no problem to sell, asked for proof - not testimony. I am also an online seller but it is for your own good. An advice for all.

2nd unforgettable skin incident

Something bad happened to me today. Never have I ever thought that Im going to experience it again. It happened once before due to the viral black mask that claim to make your skin super soft and is good for your skin but today my skin barrier damage again. You see, last night I tried something new. If you followed my whatsapp story very closely, you will know that I'm trying new product n my face. It was a Face Milk Scrub. I will not mention the brand cos i believe that I might hancurkan business orang if I mention any brand names here. So before further let me share with you the timeline of my skin destruction.

So last night around 9 ish, i wanted to take luxurious and relaxing shower by using 2 new products. It was body scrub and that milk face scrub. Honestly after shower atu I didnt feel much..nyaman rasanya but this happened sama mcm incident black mask ganya bezanya masa black mask, my nose tarus bedarah but for yang ane inda. So the whole night, I didnt sleep well..lets just say me mimpi scratching my face but i think lah..ive been scratching it in reality psl when i woke up subuh tadi..i was still mcm gosok my face rah my baju..u know mcm irritating bah.. but 1 thing ah..i dont wake up meliat ceramin..i woke up and tarus buka heater and bangunkan my eldest cos today ia ada exam ugama. Sis gagas lah ah..usually i will take quick shower but psl sis masane cuti solat so sis tarus lah ke dapur untuk buat breakfast for Hana and AJ. Again ignoring my skin rasa gatal and Hana staring me like she just saw a ghost. Then quickly after Hana punya toast siap..i let cheese toast AJ masih dlm toaster and masuk dlm bilik. But this time psl sis banar2 rasa gatal atu menjadi2.. honestly me tekajut and start crying when i see my face d ceramin. Yes. me nangis and guess what it make it worse psl my skin in contact with water... padihnya kan mati. But me nda dpt nangis batah2 psl i smell something burn in the kitchen basically its AJ punya toast. baik jua nda hitam banar and still edible. 

So i keep hiding my face dari Aj the whole morning cos i dont want kana ceramah khas atau he start saying mcm2 but masa time Aj sedang bebaju, i rest my face on his shoulder supaya he cannot see my skin dakat2 plus he is not using spec so sis assume ia nda kan nampak clearly what happened tapi u know what my face panas and ia tagur "eh..panas jua? are you okay?".. so i kinda explain lah yang my skin gatal but assure him not to worry.

But once dorang jalan, i panicked! Yes me panic sebab i feel like what ever it is happening makin mencucuk ke dalam. So masa mandi, i decided to ditch all my normal routine psl i know any contact with skincare could make it worse. so cuci pakai air bersih and sejuk saja. Subahanallah padihnya berabis sampai sis tenangis again.. it was painful..lapas mandi the red bump makin jelas. Very clear that i cant hide it from my mum. So me laju2 bebaju and head off to clinic. I wanted private clinic supaya laju so i went to TK Chan cos i know dorg best skin doctor for kids and even me sendiri pernah ksana bu guess what, it was still close and parking memang payah that area. So i tried to stay calm and try to remember what helps me with my skin issue in the past. JOSEPHINE..and cream NINI HJH KIAH. so i tried to contact both of them.Alhamdulillah, Jospehine can see me immediately and kesian she has to bring anaknya pakai baju sekolah ke saloon to help me. Mudahan Allah panjangkan umurnya and permudahkan urusannya..mudahan luas rezekinya for her sacrifice tadi. So she instantly assist me with my skin. she told me the same thing in the past, the routine..she cant do much selain help me to soothe. she use light theraphy yang sebenarnya untuk mengurangkan bangkak di muka after facial.. she also help me with camomile soothing mask which i tell you help me with the irritation. Inda hilang but sis nda berapa begaru after that. but when she try to wash my face..setiap kali she want to apply something she would ask me if i feel painful..itchy..or anything. Alhamdulillah mengurang..no its not gone.. in the past this took 1 month to heal and months to fully recover. So after jumpa Josephine, i know the drill not to expose my skin to anything that can make my skin gatal including bepaluh di kawasan muka, sunlight sebab seriously my skin barrier hancur and i cannot use sunscreen for now. Lapasa Josephine, i went to pharmacy to get medication untuk help me with allergic reaction which i hope..i really hope it will work. I sleep the whole afternoon with my hands bebalut tuala to make sure if i scratch my face time tidur pun me nda direct pakai my kuku to scratch.

so now thats it. The story how my skin barrier hancur again. You see, you must have wonder kan apa my action to the skin product atu..what happened and all? Let me save that part and some advice for my next post. For now, baca tah dulu my penderitaan on DAY 1 since ramai berabis yang tanya what happened and why i cancel plan today. 

I want to Thank Abd Quddus for his dart service sebab sanggup last min entertain unschedule pick up for Mamacar and ambil Hana ugama and singgah ke sumbangsih to get lunch for my family.. Nurul Jannah for her runner services yang last min have to buy my cream dari NINI HJH KIAH and send it to my place.. Kaka din for emergency cash untuk belikan my cream..(Jannah, u really need to start applying for BIBD!) cos kaka din ngam with Jannah and i need it emergency and told her not to go there ASAP psl nini hjh kiah kan jalan.. Mamacar for looking after Sarah when i was in panicked.. Josephine for your help and im not sure if your son sekolah pagi or ptg but i hope ptg and he didnt missed his school... AJ for calmly send my daughters ke sekolah during noon psl usually i also turun mengantr so that sorang dapat tunggu kereta. AA for trying to calm me. true bestfriend cos he was there masa first incident happened. so yg first time far worse and my skin rusak right in front of his eyes lapas our final presentation.. Suci for endlessly help me for my curhat session the whole morning while waiting for Josephine sampai psl if ever anything related to skin issue, she knows we always talk and consult each other. 

Ya Allah, i hope that i will recover soon. Hancur berabis my self esteem with my skin condition now. not just that, seksa rasanya padih tekana air and also kesakitan if tekana matahari mcm vampire saja. Last time it happened, i have to kana bawa ke emergency for overdosage of Vitamin C sebab Vitamin C help skin recovery so i overdose myself by taking high in quantity and mg. me buat mcm gula2 and air nda cukup. but i hope me lebih berakal lagi kali ane. Aamiin.

So today is 2nd day of March! Wow..mcm inda terasa kan? We have about 10 months to complete 2020.. a couple of months to Ramadan then few months to mid year exam for students...after kawin beranak pinak ane, i dont really talk about resolution on yearly basis. i dont even remember asking it at the end of 2019 cos when you are busy making your dream reality - planning and executing doesn't put much on the end of year resolution. Perhaps personally i want to be better muslimah, better mum, better cook but its too personal that i dont really voice it out.

Few days ago, I was on my knees crying when my eldest say something yang menyentuh hati (you can read all about it from previous post, it is not full story but a gist of what happened). So yesterday, I am happy to spent more time with my family. Less time with phone. I have set my priority right. Alhamdulillah. Now I still learn few things and read my whatsapp group only when neccessary. If i dont have time, i put it aside and i keep my multitasking skills at low notch. I still respond to text but at minimal explanation. For customers, i give myself maximum 10 mins per customers to close any deal after that me berserah kepada Allah. Not because i don't want to do my best but i also need to be there for my family. Also, i tried my best to keep my business out of the topic during my short quick balik kampong eventhough i came to antar lipmatte my customer but somehow, Alhamdulillah, i managed to sell 5 pre-order lipmatte during the visit. Thank you to my customer yg awal2 sebab tarus pakai her Sweettalk lipmatte and tarus buat review on the spot sampai i get another 5 orders yang bayar cash upfront. Alhamdulillah. Yes, Sistho lipmatte atu banar2 bagus.. inda merakat di straw, kiss muka anakpun nda tinggalkan kesan, light and easy to apply. Pokoknya my customer pakai pun tarus menyerlah keayuaan sampai yang lain kan ikut membali.

So i just want to share jua news about my 2nd daughter. sebenarnya ane sepatutnya atas sekali but yeah, lets save the good news at the end so that kamu still continue membaca..hehehehe.. so Sarah score 50 out of 50 on her Maths assessment! Alhamdulillah.. perfect score and kamu tau ia minta apa? she want to get Rabbits soft toy. luruskah tu? kira patung rabbits ah.. I honestly takut dah ne kana bawa ke Mall pagi2 kemarin..ingau pilihan hatinya atu mahal bah.. rupa2nya, she just want to go to Ximi Vogue (luruskah my ejaan) and beli patung rabbits that cost BND10.59.. basar okay the size but with that price, mamanya no hesitation to beli (im such a cheapskate!)...I thought thats it..rupanya kana bawa lagi ke Best Eastern😐... FUHHH.. nasib sana ada yang $5 book deals and buy 2 for $20.. kalau nda mamanya will went bald kali sudah by the end of the Mall trip..hehehehe.. so yeah..basically.. Alhamdulillah for yesterday.. walaupun hidup sederhana tapi kebahagiaan terasa. Cuti ane mama bawa ke library k anak2..supaya dpt pinjam buku free...hehehhee.. so thats it for today ..me baru notice me balik kampong 2 kali last week..also went to restock at my cube at De Cube Shop Sengkurong twice last week.. and both my mothers ada with us in the same table.. syukur Alhamdulillah.. atu jua lagi inda besyukur, nda tah ku faham tu. Sistho lipmatte - hotselling at the begining of March

I Failed. I'm sorry.

I fell on my knees today. i dont know how to say it. For a moment my world spun. I'm selfish. My daughter, Hana..my first ever truly love at first sight kinda thing just count her money in front of me wanting to help me with my business. she said she want to make more money. She asked me if she should start finding a job to help me. SHE'S 9 years old. How do u as a mum would feel? I kept asking myself; What's wrong with me?

I'm not sure apa sebenarnya yang me kejar. I admit that making money is addictive tapi harta sebenarku bukan duit, bukan kedudukan tapi anakku. Am I happy with my condition now? Ive been too caught up with my online business.. belajar and terus belajar for knowledge dunia perniagaan.. How to get new prospect.. different brain color.. this and that continuously learning about business world. Online class.. jumpa orang, etc. but what do I get in return? Lazy is never in me. I've been trained to do things to perfection since I was in young age and failing was never accepted. But now, I put many things in jeopardy. My daughters. My husband. My Marriage. I failed.

Allahuakhbar.

I'm sorry Hana. Im sorry Sarah. I'm sorry AJ. I'm doing this for us.. but it seems like I'm doing it for myself. My satisfaction. Duit boleh dicari tapi masa bersama anakku nda boleh diganti. I miss my kids. I miss playing with them. I was there with them physically but mentally I'm not there. I've been emotionless mcm robot. Barely sit and speak with them. Always business di otak and self neglecting myself and family. Im not proud of it but typing this while my eyes masih merah berair so that if i slowly fade away, or less and less active.. people would understand.

What I'm trying to say here. I'm sorry to everyone if i will be less active in business. Less promoting. Less chatting. Or cannot do any MPs or only use runner for deliveries. I'm trying to adjust. I want to live my life with my kids. I want to spend more time with my family. I want to exist in my kids childhood.

Thank you for your continuous support all this time and thank you in advance if you keep supporting my small business. Just so you know, with your purchase, I'd be paying my daughter tuition fee and feed them decent food thats why me sentiasa doa yang baik dan cuba sedaya upaya to give you the best service that I can. I'm trying to find keberkatan untuk darah daging my anak-anak. When I thank you and pray "semoga bertambah rezeki lagi..semoga u and family sihat"..jujur ikhlas me doa sebagai tanda syukur me sebab jumpa orang-orang seperti kamu yang masih mahu support small business person like me. Saya yang lebih senang dikenali sebagai Zeehan adalah merupakan leader kepada #teamKZHan dan #Powersisters.

#TeamKZHan merupakan salah satu team dibawah "teamkhaylazalzi" dari Khayla Zalzi Company. #teamKZHan juga adalah kelahiran leader pertama #teamkhaylazalzilys pada tahun 2020. Kami adalah merupakan sebuah organisasi besar yang terdiri daripada wanita-wanita yang mempunyai misi dan visi hebat yang diantaranya menyahut inspirasi negara untuk mempelbagaikan sumber ekonomi melalui perniagaan.

#Powersisters pula merupakansebuah team baru yang dilahirkan bersama dengan @shopwithsuci pada tahun 2019. #Powersisters merupakan team dibawah Beatific Mayra Enterprise yang juga mempunyai misi dan visi untuk mempelbagaikan sumber ekonomi melalui perniagaan serta meningkatkan kualiti kehidupan masyarakat Negara Brunei Darussalam.

So basically atu antara isi kandungan mukadimah telegram untuk siapa-siapa yang bakal join my team. So when i said "bakal" ertinya sis mungkin sekejap lagi membukakan peluang untuk sesiapa saja yang mahu dan berkeinginan menceburi bidang perniagaan similar with my business. Business sis ane inda basar but in shaa Allah if mempunyai keikhlasan, keinginan, kesungguhan pasti akan membuahkan hasil. Sejujurnya me masih lagi ragu-ragu kan membesarkan my own team. Team sis ane inda basar in number but i try my best to jaga quality. Ketika masih berada dlm team sebelum ane pun sis dpt bawa masuk 3 orang team members untuk join our team. Alhamdulillah mostly they perform and deliver. One of them now sudah upgrade diri dari dropship jadi Agent (I cannot say Mini Agent since her first stock pun she took 10 slots walaupun combo). 

Now with my own team, sis belum lagi (bukan inda!) bukakan peluang as agent. Honestly sis masane inda bercadang untuk membuka "Mini Agent" walaupun sis bermula dengan title atu. Cos to me, I might limit kemampuan "Mini Agent" atu sebab she might want to join items yang bukan terjual di bawah me and for me to want her to follow me saja memang unfair and if ngam apa yang kan ia mau niagakan nda ngam dengan keperluan my team, I'm not sure if i have enough money to help her. So sebelum masalah atu timbul lebih baik me inda bukakan title Mini Agent for #TeamKZHan.

For #Powersisters totally different story. Banyak option in term of status but again title "Mini Agent" nada..Dropship bebayar with modal randah ada, jadi authorised agent pun ada. For this one, sis nda dpt lah kan explain panjang-panjang..but if you are curious and want to know more, you are always welcome to text me 😊

I'm now only looking for partners yang mempunyai similar mission and vision in business. Bukan me kan jual mahal tapi me seboleh-bolehnya mau menjaga kualiti team. I want to be able to personally text my team members..tanya khabar..problem..issue yang bersangkut paut. Some people may not agree with my way but like i said, I'm still new and still trial and error dlm mencari kesesuaian that can works for our team.

Sama mcm mencari partner hidup dulu, I already set criteria that i want to see in a team member. Some can be develop and nurture but quality yang me cari memang payah sikit kan diliat tanpa mengenali hati budi masing-masing which is why i give minimum 3 months probation. In 3 months, I will learn a little bit of this and that about them. Don't worry, I'm not looking at my team number of sales cos sales atu if they have all this quality, in shaa Allah, awal ahir I will see their performance. My aim here is not just to tell you to sell the products and not get any experience from it but instead I want you to experience the struggle and learn to survive it. 

So, what qualities am I looking for?

Anyway, i need to remind you that the reason behind my decision ane pun sebab me bukan main2 in business ane..It is my personal source of income..cos I am actually a housewife, full time stay at home mum. I am still trying to be supermama eventhough i honestly think it is almost impossible.
